The C.A.R.E. program is an organized effort to reach the lost and unchurched in our area. This is commonly known as reaching church "prospects". The purpose is to locate people who have never developed a relationship with Christ or people who have not developed a fellowship with a local body of believers. In many cases the lack of fellowship is due to a person being new to the area or having previously made a salvation decision but never followed through in spiritual growth.
